沈阳变压器研究院简介

　　沈阳变压器研究院（以下简称“STRI”）成立于1960年，注册于沈阳国家级高新技术产业开发区，是中国唯一国家级的变压器类产品的科研、检测机构，承担着变压器行业技术创新、科技研发和产品型式试验、新产品推广等工作，在中国变压器行业占有举足轻重的地位，为我国变压器行业的发展做出了突出的贡献，是具有自主科研开发能力的现代化高新技术企业。

　　国内变压器行业的多个权威机构常设在STRI：国家能源变压器评定中心、全国变压器标准化技术委员会秘书处；全国互感器标准化技术委员会秘书处；全国小型电力变压器、电抗器、电源装置及类似产品标准化技术委员会秘书处；中国电器工业协会变压器分会秘书处；辽宁省电工技术学会秘书处；辽宁沈阳变压器工程技术研究中心；沈阳市变压器工程技术研究中心；国内唯一公开发行的变压器技术期刊部门—《变压器》杂志编辑部；中国变压器行业信息网网站编辑部等。同时STRI还承担了IEC/TC14电力变压器技术委员会、IEC/TC38互感器技术委员会和IEC/TC96小型电力变压器、电抗器、电源装置及其组合技术委员会的国内技术归口工作。

　　五十多年来，STRI在几代技术人员的共同努力下，相继开发出具有国际先进、国内领先的不同电压等级的变压器、互感器和电抗器等各类产品，STRI多次参与国家重大攻关课题，其中《750kV交流输变电关键技术研究、设备研制及工程应用》项目，荣获2007年度国家科技进步一等奖；《1000kV交流输变电关键技术研究、设备研制及工程应用》项目，荣获2009年度机械工业科学技术特等奖。STRI负责组织起草及审定变压器类国家标准和行业标准150余项，为推动行业技术进步做出了突出贡献。

　　STRI具有完善的科研开发体系，采用美国的ANSYS工程分析软件和Inventor三维软件、加拿大Infolytica电磁分析软件及自主研发并通过国家级鉴定的变压器通用计算软件和变压器三维结构设计系统等先进软件进行变压器产品的设计、分析与计算。先后为国家电网公司的百万伏发电机变压器、双百万伏交流自耦变压器、1500MVA特高压交流自耦变压器、百万伏交流并联电抗器、±800kV换流变压器、±600kV换流变压器、±400kV换流变压器、±800kV干式平波电抗器等特高压交/直流变压器类产品进行了设计方案的验算和定型；为山东电力设备公司首台750kV变压器设计方案提供全套的验算；为江苏华鹏、浙江卧龙等多家企业500kV电压等级的变压器、磁控电抗器方案进行绕组短路强度、波过程、电磁场、温度场及油箱机械强度的分析验算；为云南电网在线运行的500kV变压器进行短路强度验算及评估分析。

　　STRI的质检中心作为国家变压器质量监督检验中心（以下简称：CTQC），是经中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会授权、中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可、中国机械工业联合会认定的具有第三方公正地位的全国变压器、互感器类产品国家级质量监督检验机构。授权检验的产品有：各类油浸式电力变压器、干式电力变压器、预装式变电站、组合式变压器、特种变压器、电压互感器、电流互感器、组合式互感器、电抗器、调压器、接地电阻器、分接开关及其他变压器相关组部件。还负责变压器类产品的国家级和省级的监督抽查、委托试验、委托监试、质量仲裁、质量认证等；产品质量和检验技术等咨询服务；检验技术、设备的试验研究及参与检验标准的制修订等各项工作。

　　CTQC共占地40000㎡，其中1000kV新建特高压试验室，是国家发改委批复的重大设备（电力设备）国产化专项项目，同时拥有世界领先、国内一流的大容量检验场所。拥有1200MVA短路试验变压器、DL750瞬态记录仪、D6000功率分析仪、4800kV冲击电压发生器及冲击电压自动测量系统、7500kW工频发电机组、1500kV工频试验变压器、MI性能试验测量系统、2000kV直流电压发生器等主要仪器设备200多台套，可以满足1000kV、1000MVA及以下等级变压器类产品的例行试验和型式试验要求，其技术水平居国内领先地位。

　　CTQC具有完成10kV 至1000kV不同电压等级的变压器试验站设计能力，先后为云南通变电器有限公司的220kV兼顾500kV电压等级的油浸式变压器试验站；南车株洲电机股份有限公司的15000kVA电机车牵引变压器和220kV/180000kVA电力变压器试验站；山东辉煌电力设备制造有限公司1000kV试验站等20余个试验站项目进行了设计。

　　CTQC与国际知名实验室均建立了良好的合作关系，与英国ASTA公司、德国莱茵公司、意大利CESI公司、荷兰KEMA公司已成功进行多次产品认证的国际合作，同时CTQC还是AMPTL（亚洲强电流试验联合会）的成员，与STL（国际强电流试验联合会）也有着良好的合作。

　　STRI拥有丰富的现场监造经验，可按照客户委托直接到生产厂家对客户产品的设计验算及生产制造、产品试验等环节进行全程现场监造，并可对实验室性能试验系统进行比对，以保证产品相关参数的准确，同时还可以根据客户实际要求提供监造日志等过程资料。STRI先后为国家电网的“向家坝-上海±800kV特高压直流输电示范工程换流站主设备”、“淮南-南京-上海特高压输电工程设备”、“青藏交直流联网工程滤波电抗器产品质量抽检”及南方电网的“云南~广东800kV直流输电工程换流变压器设备”、“联接变压器、直流套管、直流电抗器、直流电压电流测量装置和直流电缆”等40余个项目进行全程的现场监造。

　　STRI目前与国内外的变压器及组部件产品生产企业、国家电网和南方电网等电力企业均建立了广泛的业务关系。STRI作为国内变压器类产品检测与技术咨询服务领域的领先企业，在推动国内变压器行业技术进步的同时，也为提升中国变压器行业的国际知名度做出了积极的贡献！

　　STRI的全资子公司，沈阳沈变所电气科技有限公司成立于2006年2月。目前主营产品及业务包含三大类：变压器非电量保护组件产品、大型真空干燥设备、磁浮列车磁极。变压器非电量保护组件产品主要有：压力释放阀、速动油压继电器、多功能变压器保护装置、油位表、气体继电器等。

　　公司除了生产常规变压器非电量保护组件外，为了适应智能电网的需求，还对变压器组件产品也进行了创新升级，先后开发了数字式压力释放阀、数字式速动继电器，数字式远传油位计等产品，逐步获得用户关注和青睐。

　　大型真空干燥设备是变压器行业专用设备之一。针对目前节能环保的社会趋势，以及特大型变压器现场安装、检修等需求的提出，公司与保定保菱公司和华北电科院合作，分别于2009年和2010年进行了两项较大的创新升级，一项是将蒸馏系统独立于加热系统可并行运行的独立双循环煤油汽相干燥设备，另一项是移动式煤油汽相干燥设备，均获得了较高的认可。

　　公司从2006年开始正式试制磁极至今，自主创新，不断完善设计和制造工艺。与上海磁浮中心、国防科技大学、西南交通大学、同济大学等单位建立了良好的合作关系。目前，公司研制的磁极已经在多个国家级科研项目的磁浮车和上海浦东运营磁浮车上运行。其性能满足要求，某些指标超过国外同类产品。

Brief Introduction of Shenyang Transformer Research Institute

　　Shenyang Transformer Research Institute (STRI) was established in 1960, and registered in Shenyang National High Tech Industrial Zone. It is the only national transformer research and testing organization in China, and undertakes innovation of transformer industry, technology development, product type testing and new production promotion and other works. It has achieved a dominant position in transformer industry in China, and made outstanding contributions for development of transformer industry. It is a high tech industrial company with independent R&D capability.

　　Dozens of domestic transformer industry authorities are based in STRI: Transformer evaluation center of China energy, Secretariat of National Transformer standardization Technical Committee and IEC/TC14, Secretariat of National Instrument Transformer standardization Technical Committee and IEC/TC38, Secretariat of National Power transformers, power supply units, reactors and similar products Technical Committee and IEC/TC96, Secretariat of transformer field branch of China Electrical Industry Association, Secretariat of Liaoning province Electrical engineering Technical committee, Liaoning Shenyang Transformer Engineering Technical research Center, Shenyang City Transformer Engineering Technical research Center ”Transformer” Editorial office (”Transformer”is the only publication of the transformer technical journals),China transformer industry information network .

　　For more than 50 years, STRI has developed international advanced and domestic leading transformers, instrument transformers, reactors and other products of different voltage levels due to the efforts of several generations of technical staff. STRI has participated in many major national research projects. STRI won the 2007 National Sci-tech Progress Award of “key technology research, equipment development and engineering applications of 750kV AC transmission” project, the 2009 Grand Prize of Machinery Industry Sci-technology of “key technology research, equipment development and engineering applications of 1000kV AC Transmission”project. STRI has organized drafting and auditing more than 150 transformer national standards(GB)and industry standards(JB), and made outstanding contributions for promoting technological progress.

　　STRI has a perfect scientific research and development system, STRI is able to carry on the design, analysis and calculation on transformer products by utilizing ANSYS engineering analysis software(USA), Inventor three-dimensional software(USA), Infolytica electromagnetic analysis software(Canada), our own transformers universal calculation software and three-dimensional construction system which passing national evaluation. We made evaluation and finalized the design for State Grid Corporation on Million-volt generator transformer, 1000MVA/1000kV AC autotransformer, 1500MVA UHV Autotransformer, 1000kV AC shunt reactor, ± 800kV converter transformer, ± 600kV converter transformer, ± 400kV converter transformer, ± 800kV Dry smoothing reactors and so on. We evaluated the first 750kV transformer made in Shandong Power Equipment Company in all aspects. We evaluated the winding Short Circuit Strength, Wave Processes, Electromagnetic Fields, Temperature Field and The mechanical strength of the tank for Jiangsu Huapeng Transformer Co., Zhejiang Wolong Transformer Co. and many other enterprises. We also evaluated short-circuit strength for Yunnan Power Grid’s 500kV transformers which are operating on site.

　　STRI Lab. as China National Transformer Quality Supervision Testing Center (CTQC) is authorized by CNCA, accredited by CNAS, affirmed by China Machinery Industry Federation as an independent third party. The authorization scope is oil-immersed power transformers, dry type power transformers, prefabricated transformer substations, combined transformers, special transformers, voltage transformers, current transformers, combined transformers, reactors, regulators,resistors, tap changers and transformer components, etc. It still undertakes the national and provincial supervision and sample examination on the quality of transformer and instrument transformer products, trust test, trust inspection, arbitration inspection and quality certification, undertakes consultation and service of product quality and testing technique, testing research on testing equipments.

　　The total area of CTQC is 40000㎡,the new 1000kV UHV laboratory is approved by National Development and Reform Commission, and CTQC is also a world-class, the largest high-power laboratory in transformer field. We has 1200MVA short circuit power transformers, DL750 Transient Recorders, D6000 power analyzers, 4800kV impulse voltage generators and impulse voltage automatic measuring systems, 7500kW power frequency generating sets, 1500kV power frequency testing transformers, MI Performance test measuring system, 2000kV DC voltage generator and over 200 advanced instruments and equipments. CTQC meets the needs of routine tests, type tests of 1000MVA /1000kV and below transformers. The technical level is in the leading position in China.

　　CTQC has the technical ability on designing transformer lab of 1000kV, 500kV, 220kV, 110kV and below for transformer factories. CTQC designed more than 50 transformer lab., such as 500kV oil-immersed transformer lab. for Yunnan Tongbian Electric Apparatus Co., LTD, 15000kVA traction transformer used in electric locomotive and 180000 kVA/220kV power transformer lab. for CRRC Zhuzhou Motor Co., LTD, 1000kV Transformer lab. for Shandong Huihuang electric equipment manufacturing Co..

　　STRI signed mutual authorization agreement with ASTA, KEMA, CESI,VEIVI, TUV Rheinland, to make domestic enterprises at home to get reports issued by ASTA, KEMA, CESI,VEIVI, TUV. CTQC is the member of AMPTL and also has good cooperation with STL.

　　STRI has rich experiences of supervision on site, can provides supervision of design evaluation, manufacturing and testing on transformer products on site according to customer’s requirements. CTQC can also make comparison of the lab performance test system between STRI and other lab. to ensure the measuring system reliable and accurate. We also provide supervision logs and process data according to customers’ requirements. STRI carried out more than 40 whole set of supervisions for China State Grid, such as “Xiangjiaba - Shanghai 800kV UHVDC demonstration project converter station equipment”, “Huainan - Shanghai - Nanjing UHV power transmission equipment”, “Filter reactor product quality sampling of Qinghai Tibet AC / DC link project”, “Yunnan-Guangdong 800kV HVDC converter transformer equipment” and “Coupling transformer, DC bushing, DC reactor, DC voltage and current measuring device and DC cable” for China Southern Grid .

　　STRI has established a wide range of business relationships with transformer and component manufacturers at home and abroad, China State Grid Corporation, China Southern Grid Corporation and other Grid corporation.

　　As the leading enterprise in domestic transformer testing and technology consulting services field, STRI promoted domestic transformer industry technological progress, and contribute itself to make Chinese transformer industry more popular worldwide.

　　Shenyang STI Electric Technology Co., Ltd, as the wholly owned subsidiary of STRI, was established in February, 2006. Major products and businesses include large-scale vacuum dryer, magnetic poles of magnetic suspension train and Pressure Relief Valve, Sudden Oil Pressure Relay, Multifunction Protector of Transformer, Oil Level Indicator, Gas Relay and so on.

　　Shenyang STI Electric Technology Co., Ltd innovates and upgrades transformer components in order to meet the requirements of smart grid. We have developed digital pressure relief valve, digital sudden oil pressure relay and digital remote oil level indicator, and have gained customers’ attention and favor gradually.

　　Large-scale vacuum dryer is one of special plants for transformer industry. Currently, energy saving and environment protection has been social trends and with the requirements of site installation and maintenance of extra large transformers, our company carried out two greater innovation and updating in cooperation with Baoding Baoling Transformer Co., Ltd and North China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd in 2009 and 2010, one is an independent double-cycling vapor phase dryer which distillation system is independent of heating system and can be operated in parallel, the other is a mobile vapor phase dryer, both have been gained highly recognition from customers.

　　Our company has manufactured a great number of magnetic poles so far, we improve the design and manufacturing progress continuously. We have established good cooperative relationship with Shanghai Maglev Transportation Development Co., Ltd, National University of Defense Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, Tongji University etc. The magnetic poles made in Shenyang STI Electric Technology Co., Ltd have been running on the maglev trains of many national research projects and Shanghai Pudong maglev train. The performance meets the requirements, and some quotas surpass the same kind products abroad.
